We will respond within one (1) month of receiving and confirming your identity; this deadline may be extended by another two (2) months for particularly complex requests, after informing you. The exercise of rights is in principle free of charge.

The website is not intended for minors. Minor visitors/users have access to services that require submission of data only with the consent of their parents or guardians. If we become aware that we have collected data of a minor without the relevant consent, we will immediately delete them.

The Company maintains social media pages (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube). These pages are publicly accessible and any content you post on them is visible to the public. The processing of data by these platforms is governed by their own privacy terms.
