Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της Παγκρήτιας Τράπεζας Α.Ε. έλαβε σήμερα (31.10.2022) έγγραφο αίτημα της Lyktos Participations Α.Ε., μετόχου με ποσοστό άνω του 10% του συνόλου του μετοχικού της κεφαλαίου, για σύγκληση Έκτακτης Γενικής Συνέλευσης με θέμα Ημερησίας Διάταξης την εκλογή νέου Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου.
Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της Παγκρήτιας Τράπεζας Α.Ε. θα συνεδριάσει και θα λάβει τις σχετικές αποφάσεις σύμφωνα με το Νόμο.
