Since 1998 when the auditor went to find violations in a window business until today, 27 years have passed, appeal to the Supreme Court, full acquittal, annulment of dismissal by the Council of State, lawsuit, three preliminary rulings and now a fourth that asks the IAPR to submit salary data within 30 days. The State complied neither with the 60 days, nor with the second order with an ‘express sanction reservation’, nor with the third order duly served within the time limit. The fourth time, however, also brings a threat of disciplinary prosecution for the responsible boss, which in the language of the Greek bureaucracy translates as "extremely serious" and in the language of reality as "let's see what happens on September 17".
The man did his job correctly, the court unanimously recognized it, the Council of State annulled his dismissal, and he finally returned to the service without retrospectively, because somewhere there the Administration put an invisible dot. In 2026 she asks the judiciary to tell her how much she owes for January 2009 and the competent management ignores it. If this case were frames, it would be time-barred.
