With 190 property listings and a total first bid price of 29.3 million euros, the Municipality of Rhodes appears with a particularly heavy programme of electronic auctions for the next six months. In the list there are warehouses with a starting price of 1,000 euros and plots with buildings starting from 2 million, individuals with a single property and companies whose entire property is sold.

The 190 suspensions correspond to 113 separate procedures, as many auctions include more properties of the same debtor, each with a separate code and price.
The bulk is concentrated in the first two months. 82 posts worth €10.33 million are scheduled from 16 to 30 September 2026.
